High-End Renovation Built on Classic Construction
This home was built for a design oriented couple who appreciate the details and have a passion for owner driven renovation. After looking at many $2 million new construction homes in Nashville it was obvious what that meant; a cookie cutter, quickly constructed home that has little character and less passion for craftsmanship.
Tradition & History
We scoured Green Hills and the surrounding areas for a home built by a recognized builder that needed our Owner Driven Renovation approach. The home was originally built in 1995 by Rogan Allen. A builder well known for high-end, quality construction.
Beautiful Design
We love home design & renovation. Over the last 10 years we have renovated 7 primary/secondary homes. We do not renovate to flip, but to live. We never planned to move from Amanda in under 2 years, but the arrival of a surprise baby boy changed that!
Execution
We were onsite every day designing, working, and oversight of every detail. From the commercial ventilation system in the new kitchen, to the owners suite master bathroom shower that resembles a water park, every detail mattered.
